Quality and Product Safety Policy

As Demirkardeşler IML Label, we undertake to produce IML labels that meet food and packaging safety requirements by prioritising product safety, legal requirements, customer expectations and national and international standards; to deliver solutions that make a difference for brands while preserving the product's original texture in the labels we produce; and to become a preferred brand in Türkiye and international markets through our reliability, quality approach and product safety performance.

We undertake to monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction and needs regularly, to carry out continuous improvement activities in line with the results obtained, and to work in cooperation with our suppliers and business partners to ensure the supply chain complies with quality, legal conformity and product safety requirements.

We undertake to make investments by following state-of-the-art equipment, digital systems and innovative practices in order to increase efficiency, quality and product safety in our production processes, and to continuously develop our technological infrastructure; and to carry out the necessary preventive and corrective activities by assessing risks and opportunities that may affect product safety, quality and business continuity.

We undertake to continuously develop and effectively implement the management systems applied at our facility by making them part of our corporate culture; to disseminate a culture of quality and product safety by supporting the personal and professional development of all our employees through training; and to ensure the continuity of a qualified workforce by creating safe, healthy and productive working environments for our employees.

We undertake to raise the awareness of our employees and of society regarding environmental sustainability by supporting the efficient use of energy and natural resources; to carry out all necessary activities for the continuous improvement of product safety and quality culture; and to produce in line with quality and product safety management system requirements, primarily BRCGS Packaging Materials, with an approach of continuous development.
