Founded in Gaziantep in 1978, Demirkardeşler Matbaa Etiket today operates as an IML label manufacturer in 10,000 m² of indoor space with 16 printing units, reaching a weekly capacity of 6,000,000 sheets. Our market position is the product of a historical transformation: a printing discipline that began with flexo label (2000) and offset carton (2008) investments was narrowed to a single focus when the IML label production line was established in 2017. Production today is sustained solely on IML film printing.

Production runs from prepress to dispatch within the discipline of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Per-batch colour accuracy, dimensional tolerance and food-contact compliance testing are part of our standard process. Our modern offset infrastructure delivers single-pass 8-colour printing + coating + LED UV on 50–120 µm IML films; rotary magnetic die-cutting and flatbed die-cutting lines handle post-press needs in-house — every stage is bound to a single traceable record chain.
