LED UV Curing Equipment Goes Live
With the LED UV curing system added to our offset printing line, we now offer single-pass 8-colour + LED UV capacity. Instant curing + cold-chain compatibility for IML film printing.
The LED UV investment completed in the third quarter significantly enhanced our IML production line's printing and curing capabilities. Our top-spec offset printing line now operates with 8 colours + coater + 2 combi rollers + LED UV equipment. This enables us to deliver wide Pantone gamut, instant curing and cold-chain compatible IML solutions.
The LED UV curing system provides energy savings up to 40% compared to conventional UV, while enabling matte and gloss finish combinations on the print surface in a single pass. Label adhesion is guaranteed for cold-chain food packaging like yoghurt, margarine and ice cream.
This investment brings us one step closer to our goal of becoming one of the top two IML film printers in Türkiye.
